No, the program isn’t wrong.
You put the wrong part up there. You put a 36 inch long part and selected a 33 inch program, and you think the program is wrong?

Well, the program ran correctly. It’s just when you put the wrong size material underneath the router, it cuts what it thinks is the material you placed there, not what you actually did.
it’s not that smart….. but smart enough.
Sigh, I know this story all too well…
