You know when you schedule an inspection for a Friday, and the guy shows up on Thursday, you’re going to have issues. I was nervous and mostly unprepared all the way through, but I think he just wanted to sign everything off and go get his morning coffee.
But hey, he’s gone, things are accepted. According to one person who was watching “you must lead a charmed life”. If so, it’s mostly in regards to these inspections, but that could be enough.
