Earthquake

For everyone outside of the Greater LA area, we experienced an earthquake at about 11:40am. A nice, gentle rolling 5.8 magnitude quake out in Diamond Bar area. The past few years I’ve tried improving my fireworks photography skills. It’s been much harder than I’d like, to the point where one friend commented as I brought out the camera: “You’re going to try for fireworks again?”. Weighs more than I thought it would

I’m heading out on Friday for a 50 mile backpack trip in the Sierras. The actual hike starts on Sunday morning at Mosquito Flats near Tom’s Place, and ends on Friday June 18 in Red’s Meadow.
