For once, astronomers are rooting for an asteroid to hit: Asteroid on track for possible Mars hit - Los Angeles Times. It’s possible that the 1 in 75 chance of impact could be observed from earth, or satellites we have on Mars. Not a good idea to get our hopes up about being close enough to one of the Mars Rovers though.

Really cool thing I didn’t know

Apple’s new OS upgrade, ;Leopard, has been pretty cool. So cool and nifty, there is a feature I didn’t even know about. Hover the mouse over a word, and on the keyboard hit Open Apple (or Command) + Option + D, and a popup dictionary happens right then!
