This doesn’t happen in California

 I can’t really imagine being in the middle of that sort of thing. Just cruising down the freeway, and then something out of  a Mickey Mouse Cartoon happens in front of you….

    No clue…. I wish I knew. But I’m glad I wasn’t there to see it in person.
