Ramblings and Travels

I’ve done some behind the scenes work on the Liberty website. Cleaned up some of the spam on the forums, updated the crew listings, and added Google Analytics. I’ve also finalized pricing information for T-Shirts for the boat, and will hopefully have that in progress tomorrow, with the shirts to arrive sometime next week.

My parents are up in Mammoth right now for my mom’s vacation, and birthday this weekend. I’m minding the boat, and trying to line up some charters and other activity. I’m handing out a bunch of fliers with coupons on them to give out, mostly for people I know who work at large places (LAPD, DMV, etc). I really need another 10 or 15 people per boat trip to make me happy there.

This weekend, I will be at the Frontier District Boy Scout Camporee from Friday night through Sunday morning. May’s going to be a busy Scout month. First weekend is the first part of Woodbadge (intensive adult training), then we have Kids’s Day in Downey, the third weekend is a hike, and the Memorial Day weekend is the last part of Woodbadge. Whew…. where’s all my free time again?
