		<description>Don't get me wrong, I'm as sad to hear about the destruction as much as the next person.  But I'm still trying to get past the question of why anyone would settle on land below sea level, protected by not very tall levies, in an area where massive hurricanes have been known to pass through.  Doesn't it seem like a bad idea to anyone else?</description>
