lack of online time
I haven’t been online much, either on the blogsphere or in chat. Partly due to work rolling out a new product line (look for it in Lowe’s come the begining of Feburary), and partly cause I’ve been up to other things, and trying to avoid monitor burn in on my eyeballs.
Work…. Last Wednesday, was a 14 hour day from 7am to 9pm. Yesterday was a 13 hour day, from 6:50am to 8pm. Today, I’m in at work at 6:40.
I’m still curing the McCourt and DePo for what they’re doing to the Dodgers. They’ve now let Alex Cora go, destroying the best infield of last year. So far, starting team members from before the start of last season, who will be with the team this April are: Ceaser Isturez, Shawn Green(though probably not for long). Roberts is gone, LoDuca is gone, Cora is gone, Beltre is gone(I only blame that on McCourt a bit, but some) Bradley doesn’t count, as he was a late minute addition just before the season started. The day before really. At least he’s out of jail now! And hopefully in anger managment. But not too much, we need him to be pissed to get production up.
Christmas party today, so I should probably clean my cubicle. It’s not that bad, but it does need some good clearing off.
I’m going to try to take all of next week off for skiing, but Mammoth isn’t scheduled to get snow till next Monday and Tuesday. It’s a bit bare up there, and the recent warmth has melted much of it off.
Ok, now a fun day of work, and the engineering luncheon today.
