Could be better, could be worse.
A problem came up on one batch of pieces. The supervisor and plant manager
of the area said there wasn’t enough glue on it, and since I had
coincidentally run a test at the same time those were going through, I must
be the cause.
I think I have proved to myself and to the supervisor, that there was
something else going on. Not enough pressure, or not enough heat. We can do
the entire piece with no glue, and it the vinyl still molds to the piece
the same. Just pulls away.
Not sure how the fall out will arrange, but I’m going to go to lunch
