Well, it’s 7:30, and I’m the only one up. Even the dog is asleep. We had a light dusting of snow here at the house, when the weather report said something about 1/2 to 2 inches. The Mammoth Mountain website says they only got 1 inch. That’s not much, just enough to cover up some of the ice from yesterday.
I’m not sure about my game plan for heading back. Justin wants to ski till 3 or 4 pm, then drive back, I’d like to do so a little earlier. Cause we know 395 and 14 are going to be busy. Not too busy, but still a bit crowded. I figure 7 hours to drive back today, and I have to work tomorrow of course. Lazy bum Justin, he doesn’t have class till 10 or 11am I think, so he can sleep in. Still, I know his point of view. He paid a lot of money for a lift ticket, and he needs to get the full use of it.
For me, there’s always another day, for my season pass is good.
